The eight nails and the fragments hurt. Elad Segev can hardly move. Surgeons of the orthopaedic department of the Hadassa-Ein-Keren hospital already removed some foreign bodies from its body. The nineteen-year old Elad remembers only darkly, what occurred at that night, when two Palestinians ignited their bombs. It met in a Street coffee shop in the Jerusalem pedestrian precinct with friends.

Suddenly there is a bang. Cries. Nails and pieces of metal fly around. It is hurled by the force of the explosion several meters by air. He hears sirens, and then everything becomes black. Elad is one of the 188 hurt, which became on the passed weekend in Jerusalem victims of Hamas assassins. The fright of conventional wars is easier to process than terror, says an Israeli psychologist. Wars have a start and an end.
