The power exhibits towers

On this arteplage power dominates. It displays itself almost arrogantly as three enormous towers 40 meters high.
Symbolising progress, the massive towers rise above a platform of wood and steel. They are a forceful allusion to the urbane character of the city of Biel-Bienne. By contrast, in the Expopark on the shore at the opposite end of the elegant footbridge, freedom reigns supreme.
