The beginning of the great A to B |
Tuesday, 1st July The tour to the Yosemite NP has begun. On the Route 89 along I did still a small excursion to the old Europe - the old, French Europe.
How commercialised can an area be? Bear Lake is an excellent example of it. The area lives on the tourism. 95% of the beach of the lake is accessible only about the hotels to which the beach belongs. The decision to avoid the Interstates, has really been worthwhile. The change from the country two-lane, sometimes four-lane U.S Routes (Slower traffic - keep right accept pass) ways to the ten-lane I-15 from Brigham City to Ogden was a challenge. Particularly as this still happened at the evening rush hour. 70 mi/h with 20 m of distance and continuing, trace-varying a******** required absolute concentration. |
