Wednesday, 2nd July - How one or other maybe knows, my professional career began in the Swiss weapon industry, in the Contraves (contra aves - against flying) - 100 % daughters of the Oerlikon Bührle. Beside constructing of blood analysis apparatuses I was also active in the construction and logistics of the antiaircraft system Skygard. As almost all male Contraves employees, I performed, besides, my military service in the Swiss air defence.
Probably that's why the Hill Aerospace Museum stung to me immediately in the eyes, when I went the day before to the Motel 6 in Ogden. Because the actual day was laid out as a rest day (only 3h drive), I took the opportunity was to look at my «enemies» once 1:1. |
