Thursday, 10th July - Once in the edge of the Half Dome stand and take a look in the 4836 ft depth. Nevertheless, this would be what - or? With this purpose, I proceeded on the way to Happy Isles in the morning , the starting point of this trail.
Unfortunately, my left knee announced itself to word below the Nevada Fall and meant it would not keep up the descent of the Half Dome probably any more. So I chose at the height of the Nevada Fall the panoramic way to the Galcier Point. Then from there it went with the shuttle again back in the Valley.
In California forest fires raged, should still have further consequences on my tour. In this today they became apparent by a strong turbidity of the sight. At the north flank of the Valley even a small fire was visible - however, did not expand.
