Wednesday, 7th July - during the second day on the way to San Francisco we were actually on the State Route 1 (SR 1). Many small motels in the way of the Route 1 poke the wish to take the way only between Los Angeles and San Francisco under the autoaxis once.
«There is traffic jam only in Los Angeles!» the words of Jan still sounded in my ears when we stood near San Francisco in the traffic jam - but a driver's day was over, and us at the hotel.
